• Engagement - Process of seeking stakeholders’ opinions about their expectations in relation to the organization, so that such opinions may be effectively achieved.
• Partnership Term - Type of agreement defined by Law No. 9790/99, as an instrument that may be entered into between the public power and OSCIPs, with the objective of forming a cooperation link between the parties, aiming at supporting and performing public interest activities.
